The specificity
and in the same way the major attraction of Parc de l'Alliance
is certainly its location in the heart of a quiet and peaceful setting
as well as its closeness to the capital city. There is indeed no doubt
that a pleasant and quiet work environment influences the well-being
and productivity of the staff.
Moreover, the
park can be accessed from the ring road to Paris or from Brussels
centre because it is just located at the exit of the motorway. The
park is also easily accessible by rail and is well served by the
bus services. New bus stops have been in place at the entrance to
the park since September 2003. A regional express train station
is also foreseen in the near future in order to complete the public
transport services.
Brussels airport,
as a gateway to the world, is situated at only 20 minutes to the
North of the Parc de l'Alliance, just as the Charleroi airport
(Brussels South), also
at 20 minutes distance.
